College and Career is a vital part of life in Tallahassee. North Florida's College and Career Ministry gives students the opportunity for spiritual growth as well as providing a fun and loving place where they can feel at home. 
 
Developing an understanding and love for the Word of God is an important aspect of the ministry. Each Sunday, the college and career group offers a Bible study to help meet the needs of individuals. Further, there are special trips, retreats, recreational events, fellowships, and service projects throughout the year. These help the students to put faith into action, bond as a group, and celebrate life.

One of the major goals of the College & Career Ministry is to make each person feel like one of the church family at North Florida. A unique way to accomplish this goal is through the Watchcare Ministry. This program allows college students to be a part of North Florida while maintaining their home church membership. A volunteer church family "adopts" a student and commits to care for them while they are in Tallahassee. This creates a home away from home for the student. The college class meets on Sunday mornings at 9:00 over the Cafe' in the Upper Room.
